Aubrey Drake Graham was born in Toronto City to Dennis Graham and Sandra Graham.
His father is a African-American who is practicing Catholicism from Memphis, Tennessee. His father even worked as a drummer and also performed with Jerry Lee Lewis. His mother is a Canadian who was born in a Jewish family and worked as an English Teacher and Florist.
Also, he has citizenship of America and Canada making him a Dual citizen. In Drake’s childhood his parents divorced and his custody was given to his mother and they continued to live in Toronto while his father moved to Memphis.
In Memphis his father faced many drug related charges for years. Graham used to bring him to the USA every summer. Later on His father later collaborated with Canadian music group Arkells and sold records.

He found a role for himself at the age of 15 as his friend’s father was an agent in the industry. The role was in a Drama series named Degrassi: The Next Generation in which he was casted as Jimmy Brooks.
“My mother was very sick. We were very poor, like broke. The only money I had coming in was from Canadian TV.” Drake when asked about his early steps in industry.
Then in 2010 Drake said that he is interested in doing a biopic of Obama to which Obama gave permission in the year of 2020.
In 2006 , He launched his music tape Room for Improvement that was featuring Trey Songz and Lupe Fiasco and 6000 copies of the album were sold in which he earned around $300.
Then in 2007 he released a tape again named Comeback Season and it was released from his own label company October’s Very Own. Later in 2009 he published his 3rd tape So Far Gone featuring Lil Wayne, Trey Songz, Omarion, Lloyd, and Bun B and the tape was a successful project.
Then with all successes and investing in various labels he went popular and now fast forwarding some time ahead Drake is counted in one of the biggest stars in the world and is an inspiration for any aspiring singer or rapper.

He used to be a close friend of Adele and many rumours were spread that Drake and Rihana were in a relationship around the time of 2016.
